Krav Maga



Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system created during the 1930s in Bratislava by Imi Litchenfield, to better help the Jewish people in his community protect themselves from persecution during the pre-world war 2 era in Europe.



The IKMF



The IKMF (International Krav Maga Federation) is an international governing body of Krav Maga created to oversee Krav Maga instruction all over the world. It's Chair Man and head member of the GIT (Global Instruction Team) Avi Moyal was one of Imi's most loyal students.

Krav Maga Alba is a small Krav Maga Club based in Bathgate, Scotland run by Head Instructor Graeme Tennant, Graeme is a G2 graded instructor under the IKMF banner. Graeme is a lifelong martial artist with 2 Black Belts in Karate (Wado Ryu & Shukokai), he also currently trains in Traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu (The godfather martial art to judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).

Here at Krav Maga Alba, we believe that Krav Maga is for anyone, for that reason we teach

krav maga to people with any range of martial arts experience, any level of fitness, and

any level of ability. We believe that everyone deserves to know Krav Maga to give them

the best chance at defending themselves in physical altercations in the real world.
